the price that i get from waikato toyota is $1200 for the muffler which i think is very expensive for a muffler, just wondering if Revhead can do any cheaper

anyone out there that had one of these? TRD muffler any better than other aftermarket mufflers? (HKS, apexi etc.) as in price and quality wise..

no i cant, see my sig

it will be better than a lot of "performance" mufflers out there

but good enough to justify the price? im afraid not

in 5 plus years of dealing in TRD i didnt sell a single muffler

Check this thread http://forums.toyspeed.org.nz/viewtopic.php?t=66068 for one of our sponsors. They should be able to get you a full system for less than that, especially if you get it on the container sale but you better hurry, I think that there is only about a week left.

Does your cald have the muffler bypass valve like mine?
Do the TRD muffs retain this feature?

We did sell a lot of TRD mufflers and, as Warwick stated, they are good. But, to be honest, no better than many other reputable brands and hard to justify the cost.
Most of our buyers were off shore or they had Signature Class cars in NZ and wanted to fit equipment that wouldn't void their warranty.
I'd shop around.
