4AGE torque settings

Hay whats the torque settings for an ae92 red top tvis 4age and is it 2 90 degree turns or 1(head bolts are multi hex) Any help would be good thanks

According to my manual it's 300kg/cm (22 ft/lb or 29 Nm) then 2 lots of 90 degrees.

stage 1 tighten 25nm
stage 2 tighten 45nm
stage 3 tighten 55-64nm

i have a full printout here of settings from the big ends all the way to cam gears and everything else on the bloody engine from my recent head swap

engine builder told me
22nm
back off 90 degree
22nm
then 90 degree
and another 90 degree

make sure u do it in the right order as well
