Im sure I read in the g1(?) linkplus manual, that it could use a wideband o2 sensor to adjust itself to match a given air fuel ratio? or is that completly different?

Hey, at least it sounds like a 3s.

I actually completely turned and older V3 on a narrow band on self tune,

that was so far back that V3's were the go, lol.

It still runs today, although I am trying to convince the owner to get a decent tune re-done as I am sure that it is rich retarded and slow.

I think that was also on my old Linkplus G1, but the way the G3's etc did there lambda they would not do it.

ah nar, the g1 linkplus only has narrow band input. and the autotune was pretty shit when i tried it. while it run ok, the afr was far from good and the map was all over the place. if you could have held it in the cetre of each cell for some time may work ok. but easyer just to tune it
