Help alarm problem

Postby trd-drifting » Tue Aug 19, 2008 9:28 pm

Any opinions welcomed...
My alarm in my supra just stopped working last week, and I cannot find out why it is. The flashing l.e.d just stopped and the remote does not lock open doors etc... Anymore. It is weird as I thought it would have demobilised the car but it just seems like the car has no alarm anymore.

The alarm is a mongoose m60 B I think also is about 2 years old since it has been in the car. None of the fuses to it are popped, any ideas I haven’t touched anything around there.

What should I look for, what could it possibly be? Could it be the unit just died? but then why?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
