yes he did, i have his "wiring diagrams" but he bypassed the fuel pump too, which i did today and the motor ran, so meh might just put a relay in for the pump who knows, its impossible to find the diagram for the car loom and im sick of chasing wires around the car

1ggte

in regards to the fuel pump wiring just trace back the wires from the intank pump of ur gx81 then locate them on the car body loom. The 1gfe is a map sensored engine whereas most 1ggte's are AFM so they use a different system to get the fuel pump going because the fuel pump is triggered by the AFM flap. As for water temp and all the other gauges i just traced back from the cluster to the body loom and to the motor, this was in a gx71 but im sure theyll be quite similar to gx81. see how you go

traced some wires, the water temp sender just goes strait to the top of the guage so thats a fail, ive lost my lower right warning lights (batt, check engine, check lights, exhaust temp) cant get them going to save my life, checked all fuses and pissed around with a multimeter for half a day, yes i know about the fuel pump im probly gunna just get a special relay and wire it up myself, i know some auto sparkys who have told me a bunch of things which helps, but man wiring certainly is the hardest thing in the world especially when i dont have a wiring diagram for the car, would make my life so much easier. think i might just have to go with all after market guages
