Will a 5speed manual replace my current 4speed manual gearbox. The one coming in to place is off a ep82 starlet its going into a AE100 1994 4e-fe corolla.
This is the gearbox of the starlet

Is there anything else to be done while converting like anything to do with the diff or ecu.

check the mounts
i think the mounting points on the corolla are different to the starlet
check to make sure there are bolt holes where you need the new mounts to be
