Not in my experience.

My multi-puk button clutch drive and feels close to a road car clutch,
can drive it on and off the trailer etc etc easy as,

have never driven a car with a twin plate that would drive like that and last for any lenght of time.
Drive a race car with a twin plate on and off the trailer for a season and the clutch may not last the season.

Have to agree.. My mates S13 has a puk clutch, and it feels just like the stock clutch in my Forester, however when tryin to move old mans RX7 with twin plate its fkn hard!

Yep as I mentioned on MSN, I've driven cars with HKS and Nismo twin plates and they imho are nicer to drive than most puck clutches I have driven. Some twin plates are a bit nasty, Quartermaster and Tilton clutches and to a degree even OSGiken are similar or more work than puck - depends on the car and the particular clutch etc. (I just realised when skimming through other posts to make sure I'm not being too redundant and saw that others have said exactly the same kind of thing, awesome)

XR6 Turbos and Typhoons come out with twin plates from factory and soccer Mum's have to be able to drive them so I guess it depends on the application so shop around.

I dont think a 2JZ would even be close to being stressed at that power level
1988 KE70 Wagon - Slowly rusting
1990 NA6 MX-5 - because reasons
2018 Ranger - Because workcar
1997 FD3S RX-7 Type R - all brap, all the time
OMG so shiny!

I'm sorry but I've been watching this thread and you are just asking some retarded questions it is well documented that the GTE motor can handle more than 500 KW on standard internals with the correct tune.

As for the diff question there relatively bullet-proof as well you don't need to re-invent the wheel with the Supra there one of the most over engineered cars to come out of Japan so in short don't worry about the diff until you break it.

Get in contact with Justin Weir or Kevin Boyd they are Supra drag racing guru's in your area they will tell you the ins and outs of drag racing a Supra.www.mkiv.co.nz go to the contacts page make the phone call instead of asking retarded questions here.

Sorry about the RANT but for .................aaaaggggghhhhh....

Not all of them do haha. 440rwkw is getting up there on an older motor but so long as the tune is fine, the engine is mainained and you don't thrash it ruthlessly on that boost all the time it should be good. 11s is well achieveable with that, again you should acquire some drag tyres and go for the 10s club!
