just wanting to know wat type of turbo would suit a 4k? cheers.

Have had a TD04 off a GSR, and a T25 from a CA18. Both on 5Ks though and were reasonably well matched. Probably about the easiest to find. If you're wanting it for a 4K then you'd probably be looking at something more like a 4E-FTE turbo from a GT Starlet

i used to run a vf10 off a subie but there abit on the large side... try a vj20 of a mazda gtx or a vj6 of the 86 mazda (B6T) 323's, should be cheap as to find because everyone upgrades to the vf10 (they fit in the same housing)
