New Year '09 Classic Jap and Oldschool Meet sat 17 Jan

definately doing this again! last one was great so putting the word out a bit earlier this time.

Date: Saturday 17th January 2009 (3rd weekend) at the usual Cornwall park (one tree hill) in Auckland. 10am - 3.30pm
bbq's available for lunch. car cruise out to piha 3.30pm ish for anyone interested.

An event targeted towards japanese and euro classic, oldschool and retro rides.

hey peoples PLEASE READ date change!
looking at a date change to allow more people to get there. although theres no major date clash

with 2nd weekend.. theres still people holidaying. (lucky for some!)
3rd weekend of jan saturday 17th is the day after BigDayOut and theres also the Kumeu hot rod show

on out west of auckland 17th and 18th. there be heaps of people in auckland this weekend and

plenty of partying. saves people making multiple trips to aucks etc. use it as a chill out day

after BDO and can cruise out to piha get beached as or kumeu or whatever.

so please point out if you think this is good or bad idea
but yeah pencil in this date: 17th jan '09

just a reminder that its 17 jan saturday 10am onwards
cruise out to piha 3.30pm ish for those interested.
should be bbq available for those hungry round lunch time. bring meat if you want anything special.

On that map, turn off Greenlane West onto Pohutukawa Drive, follow it until the roundabout, that short road on the left of the map (but it would be on your right if you were driving down the road) is where the carpark is.

You won't be able to miss it once a few people start showing up, a bunch of oldschool cars parked next to each other is quite obvious.

last meet we had a police vehicle do a slow drive by thru the carpark but thankfully everyone well behaved :lol:

if anyone wants stuff on saturday they can come see me at repco Onehunga ( not far from cornwall ) and i can see what we have on hand for the classics

Ie : more oil , shineys , etc etc

Seeing it clashes with work it would be good to say Hi to a few of you at least

Convince me to buy your ke30 later this year - or any free ta22 to a good home
