3k idel

car in question is a ae92 gtz now turbo, factory computer.

the car sits around 3000rmp on idel, i have adjusted the screw on the throtle body with no luck. any ides what would be causing thiss high idel? and how else can i adjust the idel speed?

I cured the high idle in my old celica by changing the air filter :lol:
1988 r31 TI Skyline.
1982 ra60 Celica (my Aussie Toyota and axle stand warrior).

ok the throtle body im usung is off a 16v 4age. dosnt have any plug from (what i think is) the iscv. it has the two water pipes going in the bottom of it, and a little air line, and a big air line. (none hooked up)

i have been told i dont need the water pipes conected, which is good as there going to the turbo now. is this ok?

when i took the water lines off the TB (just to see what happened) it idled fine but would pulse when i was driving, check vacuum hoses
