4AGE blacktop 20v head bolt tension settings and order

anyone know the torque settings for the head bolts and what order they are meant to be tightend down in? im trying to build my motor back up and this is stopping me from being able to do anything
EP82 GT-went mega hard for completely stock, 15.09 quarter, gone now :(

AE111 Levin BZG current! 4AGTE next? you never know....
