Recommend Auto sparky in Manukau?

Someone suggested a brilliant paint and panel place in Manukau for me not long ago, and I'm hoping someone can recommend a decent auto sparky too. Did a search, but couldn't quite find what I was looking for.

Relatively simple job for someone who knows what they're looking for I guess (horn keeps blowing the 10 amp fuse in the engine bay), but I'm no good with auto electrics >_<

Any recommendations?

Thanks, have been pointed toward another place closer to home, so will try them first, and use PAE as a back up

Yes. The problem started about 3 months after installing the wheel, was fine up til then. Have already tried a new boss kit (after two and a half hours driving backwards and forwards between various Repco branches, having been given the wrong boss kit THREE times ), no difference to the problem though

(This of course, also means I now have a spare boss kit for sale.)

Yes, and have just discovered that its the actual horn(s) that are at fault. The previous idiots I took it to told me that they tested the horns, so I ruled them out and didn't even bother disconnecting them to test

Avoid "MA Auto and Electrical" in Manurewa (just south of Southmall on Grt Sth Rd) like the plague Left a bloody big oil stain foot print on my driver's floor mat, only did a wheel alignment when I told them it was "wobbling" at 100kph, and ASKED them to do a balance as well. I had booked in with them for a 10am drop off, didn't hear back all day, arrived at their workshop around 15:00 to discover they hadn't even started working on the car yet

Only bonus is they do a WOF for $20.

Thats no bonus!! I really struggle to find auto places that do a good job.

Last place I had WOF and some minor work done frustrated me no end; they passed my WOF and didnt notice that my brake rotors (all 4) were below minimums?!

you cant really expect your brake rotors to be measured at wof time - not for $40. thats part of servicing... as long as the brakes arent obviously damaged and perform to the required standard, thats good enough.

Oh, ok then, how bout rear brake _pads_ below minimums as well? To the point they were squeaking under brakes?

You might want to look up the WOF manual on that. Pretty sure pads are not a wof item, or you cant take the wheel off to check them or something stupid to that effect.

yah but shouldnt you at least note the squeaky noise on the wof sheet if its observed?

Previously WOF agents have noted things likely to come up like brakes, perhaps I just assume too much.
