Help, Starter Motor continiously spins

tested the started motor and its fine, and wires were right to start with , so we now think it is a fault in the ignition wires somewhere, so still need a test lanp to tes it and should be al go from there, will keep you posted,

If the clicking was the start relay then your problem is between the relay and the starter, which is easy enough to by pass.
The other poss. is that the clicking is your acc. relay clicking off as you turn the key to the crank position (no acc power while cranking)

I vote installing a starter relay permanantly as you can get volt drop across the ignition switch.
