I just realised that I am going to be needing a flatmate towards the end of this month - so best get about looking for one. If anyone is or knows someone who might be needing a place and wouldn't annoy me (or I wouldn't annoy) please keep this in mind.
Sorry for lack of detail - at this stage I'd like word to float out there, I will work out further details (fwiw overall rent is $260/wk).
Any questions let me know - I am still nutting out exactly the details but the sooner people know, I am figuring the better.
