The plan is to block off EVERY lane of EVERY ave so there is no way in or out to ANYONE and that they will NOT move or back down to the cops!

Good on the person who posted that, I hope it leads to some success in rounding up the "ringleaders". Will be keeping a close eye on the news this weekend.

nice choice of words because i truly wonder is this generation more immature and egocentric? i don't know enough about previous generations to make an educated comment

More egocentric, definitely. More immature, not sure about that one :?

I'd agree wholeheartedly. In fact I think we (older generation) were probably more immature but certainly considerably less egocentric. We all do stupid things, we just had more respect for the effects of our stupidity on others. Or, if caught, ownership of the consequences.

after all, if satellites could track even half of the crims home - that's 150 cars off the road immediately?

police need to catch up with technology and catch the buggers. Then we need a better means of dealing with them as obviously the current ones are pathetic - they do NOT rehabilitate the offenders + they do NOT make them compensate for their crimes.

^^ So true

The taxpayer pays for criminals to survive but most of the people paying don't want a lot of them to live. I, for one couldn't care less if a lot of them die, AFAI think, if you get sent to jail more than three times with it proven it was you (i.e. not just with evidence etc. as sometimes these give the wrong 'answer') then you should be killed, as you are obviously not learning from your mistakes. Why keep forcing the average person to pay for it?

I like the part about the gladiator matches :D
