I was thinking why does it need to be alloy or steel when ill be running 15 psi.

to answer your original question, people generally use alloy because its lighter, doesn't rust, and it dissipitates heat alot faster than steel.

steel will rust unless you get it coated, then you'll likely end up with rusty air and probably bits of rust off the walls going into your engine/turbo. also absorbs heat alot, so you'll end up with a higher inlet air temp.

also, hydraulic stuff is likely to be more expensive than anything

find a scrap metal dealer who has off cuts or old dairy factory s/s pipes you can buy a box of 90 degree bends and 45 degree for about $30
and a lot of stghts

they normal only have milk powder through them which is easy to clean out

hyd hose is dear if you go to the likes or pir-tek hydra link etc
try paykels or bay engineers for that type of thing
still gets dare per meter tho

yeah that pvc piping sounds like me what could i use to protect it from the heat. Would manifold heat wrap work. and ill use sillicone joiners. Engine bay will probably get quiet hot as i most likely do a lot of diesl stand stills. What happens if id it does burst or milt a bit. just turbo will be useless. Any engine damage?

PVC piping?! And Silicone joiners?! Surely pvc pipe costs more than 2m of new exhaust tube.

prices usually start from $10 a bend. You could prob get all the bends you need for a setup for around $50-80 depending on material you choose.

No point in gving them a call, you have to go there and sort through the bin your self.
