Caldina GTT - "a little hard to get into gear"

Postby [HITONU] » Sat Mar 28, 2009 2:57 pm

Hey, have made a few enquires on a Caldina when i asked about the gearbox the owner said " when its cold its a little hard to get into gear" he also mentioned its running a redline gear oil.

Does this sound normal?

Cheers

Perhaps may just need the clutch bleeding?

I run redline (MT90?) in mine and have no problems, apart from a very occasional problem getting into reverse, and that's with a TRD short shifter kit. I would guess there's some issue with clutch not disengaging fully or possibly the wrong type of oil.
