Dropped a Cylinder

Hey, Car was fine for about 5 minutes of driving, Now for some reason has dropped a cylinder, Checked my spark plugs and regapped, Checked lead connections and they are sweet... Really starting to bug me as i have just done an Engine swap over weekend and want to drive!!
Toyota Celica ST185

Bodykit (actually looks decent)
Lowerd on blue Springs

check your leads from inside distributor cap to the spark plug end of the lead for resistance (ohms)with a digital mulitmeter, using the theory of 10 K ohms per metre, you can work it out pretty easily if it's too hig in resistance or not.
