Hey all

I'm after a sheet of this to make a splitter

Anyone have any thoughts where to get it?

They don't do it

What else could I use for a splitter? I don't fancy spending $500 on aluminum......

What type of aluminium are you thinking of making it out of? an entire sheet of 5mm or something???

Those plastic guys off TM quoted $15 freight on a whole sheet of 3mm poly for undercar stone protection

I was thinking 3mm aluminium? But maybe that's too thick?

I've asked those guys about HDPE

Does anyone on here have any suggestions to what else I could use for a front splitter?

Ludowici Ceelon just off Church street or else Engineering Plastics. Pretty sure I've had it off both before, used to go through heaps of it for various stuff. Haven't got anything that big lying round a I usually just buy offcuts

I can get you aluminium, I have an account at a wholesaler and get a pretty good price, a whole sheet will cost in the region of $100-150 and is 1200x2400mm, so you'll have more than enough to play with, you could pretty much make an entire undertray if you wanted to.
