what to look for when buying hiace??

Looking at a 1993 Hiace LWB van
2.0 petrol 5spd
body has done 500,000kms engine has had full rebuild 80,000kms ago..
1 owner since new.

just want to know what i should be looking for when purchasing it.
Where are they pron to rust?
any mechanical issues they have?
any other issues/problems they have

most hiaces of that vintage that i have seen with rust has been around the windscreen and roof / water gutter areas.
