The only way you will scratch mags on grass will be if you drive into a fence, or pop a tyre off the rim. Drive (relatively) sensibly and you shouldn't have an issue.

Put it this way, I've been autocrossing on grass for 15 years, and haven't damaged a wheel yet.

This could be due to you never using the same car twice :lol:
but seriously , as Leon said , next to no chance of rim damage on grass

"Torque" is how far you take the fence with you.

Rubbish, I keep the wheels and just sell the car. I've still got the minilites I brought the Corolla club car on, some 5 or maybe 6 years back.

more fun in the mud haha took me ages with the hose to get that grass and dirt out of my drivers side rear wheel arch now have some od vibrations at over 70kph hmmmm

most likely will be mud caked on inside your wheels, throwing the balance off
