SW20 3sge Wheel Size

Postby Stu- » Tue May 12, 2009 11:24 am

A cousin has bought a tidy 3sge SW20 and is looking at buying a set of 17's for it. Can anyone let me know the common size tyres people run?

We fitted a rim off my Caldina running a 215/45/17 and on the front of the MR2 the tire rubbed on the spring seat so I'm assuming 40 profile 17's should be used?

Cheers

Running 215/40/17 on the front, they only rub when i reverse on hard lock. Offset is around the 35-40 mark.
