Also is this open or still inside the factory air box / air filter?
I like the idea of improved handling.
Swapped out the K&N pod and put the factory box back on.

The I.MEC ones are designed and made for a Blacktop WITH THE STOCK AIR SURGE BOX.
Dyno shows red line of stock motor and green line is with I.MEC style short trumpets (inside the surge box).
The same gains up high were achieved without the surge box, BUT it lost down low by quite a bit.
