Well to be fair, parents ought to at least try to educate their kids on how not to be idiots.

Oh didn't you know, once removed from the mother a kid is no longer the responsibilty of the parents and the parents can not take blame for anything they should do?

everyone in the country stop making babies. in the next 10 to 20 years time, the "boyracer" problem wont be as big

^ Its true tho..
Why arn't the commonwhores and cooners picked on, half of them have loud exhausts too. Oh wait, its cause they're old and wise...

Same with Harleys..
Although I love Harleys, and I'd hate to see them get put back to quiet. But I don't see why they don't get picked up on.

Who do you think is an easier target, a young backwards cap wearing guy in an Evo 5 or a patched gang member? ;)

Wait are you saying there are police that target young people because they are weak? surely not?

I know who i would pull over if i was a cop - and it certainly wouldn't be a dude wearing patches on a harley!

They target them because they can't afford good lawyers. Gang members can and their lawyers often lay complaints of Police harrasment when the cops constantly ping them for minor traffic offences.

lol they don't target the Harley riders because they ARE good lawyers.... and doctors and businessmen etc. Underneath the bucket and the face rag you often find well groomed grey hair and glasses.
