Where to get steel in Palmy

Postby iOnic » Sun Jun 07, 2009 10:26 am

New to the area so don't really know where to get stuff...Anyone able to tell me where I can get cheap steel? Looking to make a new exhaust for my car and a few other things and don't really wanna be torn a new one on the raw materials. Stainless would be nice but I'm happy with mild steel. Need 3" to 4" OD stuff with a fairly low wall thickness

i personally go to steel and tube and get discount through my work, but the only bad thing is that you got to buy a full length, 6meters lol, i got some 3" pipe that i could sell you, depending on how much you want, why u wanting 4". if you need custom mufflers made i can sort them out,

Cheers mate I'll keep you in mind for the 3" pipe. Got any bends? 4" is for pod filter -> compressor inlet.

I can make my own mufflers but won't be using any on this exhaust.
