MEGAMEET 2009 ACCOMMODATION

Postby Bling » Tue Jun 09, 2009 12:07 am

Who needs it?

I need to know numbers as to who is going to be coming from out of town and will require accommodation.
If you have a preference as to accommodation type, post that too and i'll see what I can organise.

Dates:

24th October
25th October
26th October

Post up the dates you want and if you have a mrs, friend or goat coming too.

Undecided at this stage, when people have posted their requirements i'll do a hunt around and find the best suitable accommodation.

I mean if people request fancy stuff like double beds ^^ i'll have to check who can provide what and for what cost etc 8)

No problems if we did end up at Spencer Park again? I'm going to try and find somewhere that suits better, but have not ruled it out.

*BUMP*

No one else? Is it even worth booking anything :?

Anyone booked ferry out of interest?

Doesn't sound good numbers wise to actually put this event on :(

Will need accomidation for me and the wife, Most likely something similar like last time, as we had our own cabin type thing as the wife gets grumpy when she is kept awake by people snoring/drunkeds etc.....

We will def be coming :-), suppose we better book ferries ans stuff soon

Yeah this thread was to get an idea of how many might be coming from out of town as chch doesn't have a huge regular member base.... so kinda need people from outside of chch to make it work.

Which isn't looking all that hopeful at this stage so don't rush into getting ferry just yet

Yeah I'm keen to book it soon, so need to know numbers. I don't think they will give me a big area like last time though for 4 people. So unless more confirm they want accommodation i'll have to look into other options.

maybe reserve it with a confirmation 4 weeks out?
then there is accommodation sorted, and with the events more sorted ppl will know whats going to happen so will sign up
rather than signing up now with nothing really confirmed?
