I live just off North Road, and I saw someone stop and put chains on there ute, WTF its flat & there's only about 2cms of snow on it.
Although it looks like some of those people in the snow up above could of done with some chains.

I think some people just freak out at the sight of snow, they seem to manage in Europe & the US, why can't we here?

Has anyone else noticed how powdery the snow is too? Will be mean for skiing/boarding on

yea if i was on the flat id be out doing skids rite now, no problems.

i just dont fancy my chances of getting down the hill in one piece, which ever way i go theres a steep bit which i wouldnt risk.

yeah one of the only decent looking 180's around town

My little bro has a factory NZ New w/84ks 200sx in Dunedin. Took down from Maori hill on the snow day to get a carrot (for a snow man) because it has a LSD, and his ute doesn't...Tui moment?!
