June meet: Sunday 28th - Cruise with a splash of golf

Event: Cruise and Golf (Driving range)

Date: Sunday 28th

Time: 10:30am, leaving by around 11am.

Meet location: Bush in carpark (in front of the liquor store on Riccarton Rd)

Contact: Broz

Cruise out on road to Akaroa, turn off @ black tulip cafe (don't know what its called now) over Gebbes Pass around to Lytellton, through tunnel & finish down at Ferrymead golf driving range.
50 Balls $8, 100 balls $13 & 2 clubs (or take your own)

Then there is a cafe there where we could get a drink or whatever.

I just hope to be able to connect with the ball and not lose the club down the range :lol:

Something to note is the road has a bit of grit on it at the moment so no silly driving :) Its not a race Mike :wink:

It's not all about the power behind the swing of the club, although it makes for entertaining viewing when someone puts heaps of effort into the swing and misses the ball :oops:
