treasure hunt event

Postby 0EBUNY » Wed Jul 29, 2009 6:02 pm

ok long story short got asked by another car club to organize an event which i did and now they have decided to just can the event and organize a different one. WTF whats the point in asking? if you were just gonna organise something else anyway?

so just thought since ive already organized one (its a fairly basic one) might be a good excuse to have a get together? meet some people?

anyone interested? not sure on dates yet just want to see how many people would actually try and turn up ??

try and start organizing a date (maybe in a month or so to have time for everyone to see the thred and plan for those who want to come from further away?)
anyways what time of day etc do u think would be best?

im thinking ether a fri or sat evening or maybe a sunday afternoon and have a bbq or something afterwards?

im thinking late august or maybe September? any recommendations?
