Ive had my exhaust tested at pit stop think it was around 80 something Db and ive past a wof at a testing staition yet when ive been pulled over at night ive received two tickets for them both 25 demerits which has cost me my licence for 3 months due also to a couple of speeding fines a year or so ago.
The cops excuse was wof doesnt mean anything apart from at the exact date and time i got it So what the F@#K is the point in getting a wof these days? Yes my car has been painted primer as its my current project and may look dodgy but nothing on it is illigal or i wouldnt be driving it.

Ive written a letter away stating what ive just said with evidence from pit stop yet they said the fine still stands unless i want to take it to court which i cant afford.

if they tested it you should get a piece of paper from them stating its legal and showing the DB reading, you send that in to contest your ticket and bam your off. too late now though

What about douches with their loud subs cruising down the road then?
My fxgt has an aftermarket exhaust system which is legal. But i try and be considerate at night rather than these honda fools vtec'n it down my street with their fart cannons.

Personally i think every one is having a big moan for no reason.

The current law is 95db 24/7.

The TC made the poll for no exhaust laws during the day and no noisy exhausts at night.

Pretty much you can be running a v8 with screamers during the day.

and at night, if your car has a problem, it would now too. If it could get green stickered at night, it would be the same as now.

So how many people run the risk of "louder then manufactor" Most of the people on the forums?

Any one see my point? or am i just rambling becuase it is like 6:50 in the morning...
