CHCH DAP332 R33 skyline stolen

Postby KwS » Thu Jul 30, 2009 10:47 pm

Hi, my car was stolen from the Shirley area yesterday, between about 12pm and 5pm. Its a white R33 Series 2 coupe, turbo, auto. Completely standard, exhaust and everything. Plate number is DAP332.

If you know its whereabouts, or see it, please call the christchurch police, or me on 021 025 555 86.

This was the trademe listing, and has many pics of the car http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing ... 29&ed=true

Yeah sorry, did this in a real hurry.

Car was stolen from the shirley area while i was at work, between 12pm and 6pm.

Its a pretty generic white coupe, but the fact its so standard and tidy will hopefully bring it back. Just covered 150ks and about 4 hours driving around places known to be a bit sus, and didnt turn up anything. Hopefully it comes back...

Lesson for everyone, learn from my stupidity (and yes, i know, you dont need to tell me again).... ALARM, IMMOBILIZE, INSURE!

Sadly no. Was always of the mind that itll 'never happen to me'. Well, it bloody does. So expensive for an under 25 to insure something like that too... but hey, whats a grand a year on a car worth 6.

Did you have any suspect looking characters come and look at the car after contacting you through trademe?

i pay a grand a year and mines worth less than that its insured for 4.5 but id rather pay the grand a year and get the 4.5 than save that grand a year and end up with nada

Just bumping this back up as the car still hasnt been recovered, nor any of the parts.

The most distinctive parts are the Ford Falcon BF XR6 alloys, the rare prosport boost gauge (has recall and warning functions), the tweaters in the door panels, no valley cover on engine and silicon on the coils. The cambelt sticker also seems to be unique (having two side by side). Had around about 162-163000ks when it was taken.

Please call the Christchurch police or me on 021 02 55 55 86.

Thanks
