Shipping auto body parts overseas

Postby cogent » Sat Aug 08, 2009 11:11 am

Hi all,

I have 3 323 gt-x spoilers, and a gtr front and rear bumper that I need to send to Canada.

mainfreight have not been very helpful in giving me a quote (despite calling/e-mailing them about 3 times now).

Is there another company that come recommended for this sort of freight?

yea nah
not with that size of gear, you start paying by volumemetric rather than by weight

and works out to be friggin expensive

try mainfreight
or you could think out side the square and got to a freight forwarder like mondale of burnard international, it would work out a shit load cheaper

trust me man i do this shit every day, but reverse...........parts coming into nz and i mean big parts
