Don't trust your memory...The genuine one is fibre glass or though I think there may have also been a carbon fibre option ;)

The kit on FLYEN is genuine. It cost more than the entire car is worth  Nice car but not worth that money. At the end of the day it's still a 20 year old car with 200,000kms on it

My memory is fine! Next you'll be telling me Hitler didn't win the war and the Americans didn't find Osama!
Motorsport is like sex. You could take it to track and have a long, enjoyable session, or you could take it to the strip and get it over with in less than 20 seconds.

You know, you can see the moment that the disappointment hits Ketz when Steve tells him how much the turbo hes got for his MR2 will make.... And that the engine won't be able to support that.

I was browsing trademe the other day and noticed this Silvia was still up for sale.

I can certainly appreciate the work that has gone into it and the good gear it has but its a drift car and has had the shit canned out of it. I just cant justify the price some people are asking.

I mean 75k!!!!

Isn't the gearbox in the silvia worth something like 10k on its own? Plus its not just a bunch of parts, there would be a lot of time involved having it professionally built.

Then theres the view in which it never got any results worthy of note (well not that im aware of)
