Well have awoken from my slumber. This here to me is the most interesting news to come out in the last few days. Would love to see Loeb be given a shot.

Hell, seeing as Ferrari have confirmed they have stopped development on this years car they should give him Badoers seat this season, couldnt do much worse.

hmmmmm
well other than someone giving him a one off drive this season (someone with nothing to loose) I don't think we will see him in F1.
Maybe one of the new teams will give him a go next year as a publicity stunt

Loeb had a go in one of the Red Bull/Toro Rosso cars earlier in the year. He picked it up pretty quickly, but he was still about 2 seconds off the pace, which is like a lot when you consider theres usually ~1 second difference between first and last in qualifying.
Motorsport is like sex. You could take it to track and have a long, enjoyable session, or you could take it to the strip and get it over with in less than 20 seconds.

6 months ago, i would have agreed with you, but seeing as he has proven recently that he is quite capable of major cock-ups, i guess he can stay.......... as long as Hirvonan is WDC

Rule 1 of stirring: Never admit to it.

Rule 2 of stirring: Do it right.

Yeah I saw that on F-1.com Raikkonen mentioned that they had stopped developing parts for this years car and how they could fight for podiums but would need alot of luck to get race wins.

Force India and BMW were quick even in Q2 though, where they're all on fumes.
Nice to see favourites and pole sitters changing as unpredictably as this isn't it?

1. Giancarlo Fisichella, Force India, 648kg
2. Jarno Trulli, Toyota, 656.5
3. Nick Heidfeld, BMW Sauber, 655
4. Rubens Barrichello, Brawn GP, 644.5
5. Robert Kubica, BMW Sauber, 649
6. Kimi Raikkonen, Ferrari, 655
7. Timo Glock, Toyota, 648.5
8. Sebastian Vettel, Red Bull, 662.5

Toyota is looking good. I just hope it doesn't rain as Trulli lacks the rain master skills. Being Spa, there is a high probability of rain. Raikkonen might have a good launch start with KERS. Can't wait!

WTF???? Whats going on here? I cant get my head around this one lol. How does a donkey turn into a champion thorughbred in the space of a week?

Should make for a interesting race thats for sure!

Hmm, I quite like Barrichello or Raikkonen to take this one out. The kers on that Ferrari could be a huge bonus on the run out of eau rouge (sp) up the hill.

Bring it on!
