Speaking of V8 Supercars.....

Did anyone watch the 500 today?
Motorsport is like sex. You could take it to track and have a long, enjoyable session, or you could take it to the strip and get it over with in less than 20 seconds.

Yeah man, if I were Tander, I wouldn't be satisfied winning like that. Lowndes was just on FIRE today.
I've been noticing since the last Bathurst that Whincup actually performs better than Lowndes, but today, I'd make the bold statement that Lowndes was far better today.
Whincup was awesome today as well though.

And yea, that accident was AMAZING...... See the speed he had when he actually came OFF the corner and onto the grass! Its AMAZING he didn't make contact with the other guy on the other side of the track!

EDIT: This is it here. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O4ImtpIuyVY

Tander. Lowndes was infront by 2 seconds, but had tyre problems and was overtaken by Tander with like 2 corners to go :(

Big ups to Tander though. He and his team mate (Can't remember who) were stuck to Whincup and Lowndes like glue for the WHOLE race. Like I seriously don't think there was a time where there was more than 5 seconds between them.

I reckon they can. With Craig performing so well, and Whincup.... Well, just look at every time the safety car got out of the last year. He just kept gaining massive ground.

I put $10 on them last year, I'll put another $10 on them this year as well!

Was really disappointed when I heard they were going to Holden next year :(
From memory, Lowndes got screwed around when he was with Holden, which is why he went to Ford. He had a lot of trouble to begin with, but kept going hard, and he's finally reaping his rewards for his perciverance.

how?
it will either be built to the rules, therefore performance will be on par with others, or it will be as it is, in which case it will be blitzed with ease... so really, thats a bloody pointless thing to say....
