AE101 Manifold -> GZE Engine?

Postby GGnz » Sat Oct 10, 2009 3:59 pm

Quick question. Will a turbo manifold from a AE101 20V Silvertop fit a 16V GZE engine?

Just not sure of port spacing and all that crap etc.

Cheers

the pattern / spacing on the bolts is similar but different between 20 and 16v, but afaik the ports themselves are very close if not identical

many mass produced manifolds have a couple of slotted holes (the ones at either end) to accommodate both types of head

your asking about the exhaust turbo manifold right? yes it will fit, depending on top mount or low mount, the oil filter should be relocated,

It can be made to fit you mean.

All the ports line up and 3 of the 5 studs line up,
but the on on each end are 1/2 a hols or so out and can be slotted.
