Starlet wiring diagrams wanted

Postby Toymad » Fri Oct 30, 2009 2:09 pm

Does anyone have a set of wiring diagrams for an EP91 Starlet? Preferably non-turbo but I'm sure I can work with whatever is available.
I'd like a copy but haven't found anything that has everything (such as power connections, dash outputs) and a google search hasn't given me anything useful.

Might possibly be able to help you, will know more tomorrow. Am having a complete set of ep71,ep82 and EP91 manuals dropped off to me tomorrow. Only downfall is they are in Japanese.

Here's my collection of Ep91\4E-FE info. I've zipped it up so it's only around 3mb - something in there might be helpful.

I'm getting a message saying I do not have the owner's permission to view it. Is it the complete wiring diagram or just the engine/ecu diagram? The car has problems with power being fed back through the dash cluster or power/fuse area but I have nothing so far to confirm this with.

Anything would be a help at present - I may be able to get translation on some of the circuits done.

Link should be working now. They're just a collection of diagrams I've come across online - I usually download anything Toyota related I stumble across.

Toymad,

The main power feed from the fuse box to the dash runs through the engine loom so thats the first place I would be checking.

Thanks - they helped a bit and the owner managed to locate some diagrams as well.

It was primarily the owner installing a turbo dash assembly in the non-turbo car. I just need to work out which pin on which dash connector supplies the tach signal now.

And Stu; thanks for your help last night, it was appreciated. The crank and cam triggers seem to be working (according to my multimeter) so we'll be in touch with Link today about the ecu setup.
