Hey i just got a mongoose M60G. My car currently has a Selca in it, piece of shit, havn't even heard of the brand before. So yanking that bullshit out and replacing - anybody have an idea on how much that would cost? (good install, not half arse job).

Also any suggestions on where to get it installed? I live in west aucks, have used Sound Q a lot in the past they always do a good job, but pretty green so don't really know a lot of places. Any suggestions?

If you need the alarm to keep your insurance company happy then get it installed by an approved installer, below is a link listing all the Auckland NZSA installers:

cheers mate, i already have a guy lined up to do it though! said it'll be about a 3 hour job to do a really good install, sound about right?

are you kidding... your taking a selca out and replacing with an M60!!!

selca are one of the top uk based brands and produce thatcham catagory rated alarms.... thatchams are like 10 times higher rating standard the the nzsa ratings.....
