The 528 is the best overall (in my opinion) best weight balance and a compromise between handling and straight line power. Was definately one of the most sucessful cars that segment has ever seen..

it WILL cost more to run than an aristo/lexus gs300 - but it's an infinately better car. Unless you really love the aristo shape and you already have your heart set on it, I would at least take it for a long test drive over some more challenging roads to see if it's really what you want...

good god man. 528?? you cannot be serious

528 is not a good model, at least go for a 535
or even better still buy old flag ship models, 330, 550, 740, 745,
the aristo was the flag ship car for toyota?
the top of the line models are always build to better standards
,
where so happy with our 745i it was the flag ship model and its built so nice,
it should be nice if it had a price tag of 260k new, its 7 years old now and not showing signs of falling apart,
i still want to buy a bmw 850csi. its so mecca,

Well turns out I wasn't searching hard enough. A quick search for GS300's give me a few options for test driving now. All of them are non turbo, but will still give me an idea of what that body shape is like.

Now to go and fang some cars I don't own, oh yeah.

The nice Blue Aristo with leather interior on Trademe has gone now.
I was on contact with the seller, but someone got it this weekend.
Damn and I was so close.

Looks like it'll be the AE82 for life

I have no doubt in my mind that I will like how an Aristo drives though.

there was a real nice gray jzx110 in auckland on a car yard for around 15k, only trouble was it was over 100k on the clock, which isnt a real issue
just means you have to look at the castor arm bushes that seam to be a issue on the 90/100/110

next time you come to hamilton and catch up with greg give me a bell and you can take my jzx100 for a spin

Have you seen this one?

Seems like a pretty good price but I am personally not that fussed on the rims.
