Silver Flexi induction hose

Unsure of the exact name of the stuff but im hoping some one will know what i mean? Was wanting to know where you can get it from? Some times see it use for directing air into breaks intakes ect

Air ducting? probably place makers or mitre 10/equivalent shops.

there is a few types you can buy,

the really flexi stuff can be found at bunnings in the air ventilation section, its got a stiff wire coil with foil/plastic skin, ok for intake use, about $12 for heaps

the stiffer stuff can be found at silvester v8 shop, but cost about X3
it can also be found at the dvs/aircon ventilation installers,
made of all alloy/foil with ribs, good for brake ducting and intake
about $30 meter

or the high temp orange silica hose for proper racing cars, cost about $200 a meter,

The cheaper bunnings/mitre10 stuff rips easily too
