WTF, the person at repco obviously didnt hear you correctly or really doesn't like the general appearance of your face.

Ask for some NGK BKR5EYA-11

repco computers only list platinums and iridiums for 4ages
theyre bkr6ep8 or something but if the guy knew anything about plugs he would know you can just use a bkr6e instead.

i wanted standard ngks for my sr20 and the guy couldnt figure it out, they list PFR6G11 which is platinum and didnt know what a standard equivalent was. I had to get him to get the NGK book out to show him how to cross over, you just match up thread size and trhead length and other characteristics and you find PFR6G11 = BKR6E11

he also wanted to sell me some champions which imo are only good for lawnmowers

The standard copper ones are fine bkr6e just have to change them more frequently

Not an issue here because my plugs get fouled up so often I change them every 2000kms

morrinsville man, was in hams but had to move closer to work.

wish i knew those numbers yesterday for the ngk's , but id say the champions won't be in for long anyways.

have been going to supercheap for most things i need lately as they don't stuff around and know what they looking for.

the amount of times ive given my cars an oil change and repco have given me the wrong filter :?

i like the fram filters that supercheap stock, no more ramming a screwdriver threw the filter to get it off as you probably know the frams have grip on them.

I would second the shittiness of fram filters. Took one off this morning and it spilled oil everywhere, didn't seem to be draining back out of the filter. How good are the Ryco filters? I just put one on.

ryco seem to be pretty good although evry now and then they have bad batches of z386 which is pretty much all petrol toyotas lol

aparantly according to independent testing the repco brand filters are better than ryco but still worse than OEM
