AE92 front lip

Hey guys. I saw a st162/5 the other day and saw it had a lower add on lip in the front bumper. Did any ae92's come out with these?, Might try to find a celica one and adapt it to fit. Celica one looks like this http://carphotos.cardomain.com/ride_images/2/4350/201/23372600004_large.jpg

the other one is the da series integras had one but you have to cut 10mm out of the middle i think
