The room is fairly large with built in wardrobe and a view over the Glenfield Valley, unfurnished. House furniture is fairly mismatched at this stage as it's being done on a bit of a budget, chances are that any stuff you have can be used
House has a good deck off the living room and a fireplace.
Your social gatherings are ok with reasonable notice.
Biggest problem is parking, house is down a right of way and currently only has two carports (converting to 3/4 car parking is high priority), big cars may struggle and theres no room for second cars unless you're happy to park on the street. Plenty of storage space though.

Also available soon is the apartment, it's a large bedroom w/ ensuite, private deck and a second, smaller room with kitchenette and room for a small table. Would suit couple. Simply unlock the door to use full kitchen, lounge etc. Bedroom and deck look out over the Valley and are a seperate wing of the house.
