Nice work, are you planning on a Manfeild excursion at all, Matt?

Will do at some stage, but have not planned anything yet and probably won't be in the next 6 months.

Would seriously consider the superlap thing next time it happens.

You should................then get Jono Lester or another top NZ driver in your car and see how fast it really is, then see how close to their times you can get, I can organise it for you if you like, after all, it's the only way to tell if you can really pedal or whether your car is just faster than everyone elses you race with  :)

I think you'll be very quick at Manfeild after looking at the Taupo results. Most likely sub 1:14's...

How about September for the last round of the winter series? The first IRC meeting of next season probably wont hit Manfeild until mid/late January, so come race with us instead :P .

Does Tony Oliver not race in this class anymore I think he might give Matt a good run as the guy that did the fastest lap Malcolm Glen they are both cars that are prepped at Macbilt Engineering the guys that look after my car.

Maybe he had other committments?
But I recall ages ago he was running in the 1.39s/1.38s around taupo.

Still that 2L N/A Integra kicks AR*E, can't beleive the speed of that thing!

I'm not suere what he does round Taupo but I bno he wasn't that popular in that class as his S15 Silvia is good for 12s on semi's around Manfield and is alot quicker than Malcolm Glens S14.

Funny you should say that about Jono or Earl I spoke to Dave after he let both of those guys pedal 60 Cuba and Dave got out afterwards and wanted to hand his license back saying these 2 guys were just unbelieveable they just find the limit of grip under brakes in the corners and just drive there lap after lap,eye opening experience Dave reckoned.

NO.....You should be faster in your own car, if you're not, then talk to these guys about some driver training.
