yer. Cam cover seals replaced about 20ks ago. But is wasn't leaking down the back of the engine like you often see. There was a crack in the front cover seal, facing forwards on the engine, onto the turbo heat shield. Front main seal was weeping a little so replaced when cambelt was done at about 200ks

You do know that a 3SGTE makes more torque lower in the rev range than a 3SGE right? Also full boost is available before 3000rpm. I'd rather the low end power of a 3SGTE than the low end "power" of a 3SGE.



Maybe I should rephrase that to 3S-GE+T which I assume would have alot better pickup from a lazy 2000 rpm punch than a 3S-GTE would due to the high compression and the quick spoolup of a small sized turbo required for just a small 7psi or so.

All this aside... It's all totally irrelevant when the standard engine and standard ct20b turbo in a ST205 GT4 has enough low down grunt to kick the rear out on brand new RE001 Potenza tyres, Imagine what a 3S-GE+T would do to a FWD, Let alone one without LSD.
