Cool idea but VB + WinXP? Not sure I'd trust it tbh.

Yeah. I agree.

Plus it takes ages to boot as well (being windows XP).

For this you need RT kernel and instant boot. So what it means custom software+linux or BSD kernel.

fail on the UI tho, looks cluttered, sometimes less is more.

You'll need a lot of different Analog-Digital Converters, and something to read the wave signals for tach or even speed.
No "stance", no "hellaflush", none of that bullshit. Nothing but no grip on full boost.
http://www.lol.co.nz/ random shit.

I like where they are going with it, but as mentioned, less is more.

Who really cares about the gps cord's ? or the fractional temperatures ...

Guy will probably end up working for a large manufacturer, its gonna be an improvement upon some hup displays.

I am sure there was something extremely similar to this for sale a while back. I imagine it was on ebay but I have a nagging feeling it was trademe.. It was a red SW I think and at that stage the guy did not have it running reliably... Stated a need for mechanical and VBA knowlegde to keep it running :?
