No I've done $$% all so far, just checked for obvious leaks. Weird that its intermittent/resettable though, and really only comes after on after driving for a certain period.

Yup sure is Still takes a while for the cold idle to drop, but its still much smoother and doesnt idle high anymore.
Will try get the ECU out tomorrow and get it to you at some stage

Oh yeah, in the end we repaired my ECU, and it idles normally, though with the A/C idle up solenoid connected it will still idle massively high, but with it unplugged its business as usual.
