Postby GT4-Addict » Wed May 26, 2010 11:29 pm

Im looking at picking up a 1993 ceres as a daily driver.
Its got the silver top 4age and 5 speed manual.

Aparrantly they dont have much head room? im 6'2 will this be a problem? its 4 hours away so i dont really wanna go see it unless im pretty much gunna buy haha!

Peoples opinions etc on the car would be great, as i dont know too much about them!

I honestly dont mind the look of them either, minus the spoiler.

if you adjust the seat to a lazyboy style then you might be fine,
even a ep starlet has more room,

My brother has one of these and we are both 6'2" and it's not bad, I dont have to have the seat all the way back. Some people are weirdly proportioned. All torso and no legs

Definitely make sure you're going to be comfortable driving it! I made the mistake of buying a car after a really brief test drive, only to discover that after 20 minutes driving the car I needed a chiropracter.

Bloody hell. I've never known any car to have that effect on someone.

Either you bought a sh|tter with nails for a seat, or you're 8foot tall lol

haha - my 6ft 5 inch uncle couldn't fit into my sisters GSR Cordia back in the day. No matter how far back the seat went, his head had to be on an angle.

Option 3, I'm just a pussy.

:P

Nah, I was exaggerating for the sake of making the story more interesting. Don't really know why.

Car was a EF CRX and for some reason it just hurt me to drive it.

My mum on the other hand loved it, and used to vtax to the shops in it.
