Ok so far we're looking at making a booking at Raceway Court.
Rooms are $95 for single/$125 for a double. I need definate numbers so I can go ask for cheaper prices. Can those of you who have voted, please email me - havoc_wcp@hotmail.com, with megameet in the subject line - and let me know whether you're still keen. Going by the poll we've got approximately 14 people interested.
