Really its worthy of one of those bringing the sport into disrepute type charges, which should mean Ferrari are stripped of all championship points for this year and maybe even next.

The rule was made because of Ferrari's actions in 2004?, so they should be punished to the max for it this time.
What's the saying. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.

2002? And in all honesty it wasn't team orders... He wasn't told MOVE OVER NOW, he was simply hinted at that alonso was faster than he was.

The way I read that is

"Fernando is faster than you, can you confirm you understand that message so that you are free to make your own decision as to what to do"

The words may not have been as direct, but the implication was the same.

If Alonshole was worth the money they're paying him then he should be able to pass without assistance from the pit wall.

The thing that got me was he dropped down like 2 1/2 seconds, if he's so damn quick why didn't he keep pushing and get past in the middle part of the race!

What racer who was truely "free" to make their own descision, would decide to relinquish first place...and why are they still in F1 if that's is really the case.

I don't no what the big deal is ask Massa or Barrichello when they were Schumachers teamate they had to give up position on more than one occassion to let Schumacher get the result,Kovalainen has done it for Hamilton in the past aswell no big deal its been part of the sport for along time I personally don't have a problem with it.

I think alot of people are upset over nothing really Ferrari will pay the fine lets move on please and its good to see a 3rd team in the mix for the championship it just makes for more exciting racing for the last 3rd of the season.

it reeks of match-fixing to me.
what's stopping Ferrari (through a hidden account) wagering a heap of money at a betting agency for an outcome that they can control??
I've been a bad bad boy. I should read the rules and behave before I get spanked by an admin

f#@k you i won't do what ya tell me

yes i can under stand if the other drive was a big investment like schu but a soso driver like alonso should be fighting for the first placing,

and yeah the fixing aspect of it alone is criminal, if i had money down on massa winning the race i would be super pissed off seeing that sort of action,

When did Heiki do that?

And I have no problem at all with team orders. However, they are now quite clearly banned. I have no problem with refueling either... But thats banned too...
So, rules are rules and thats the point.

Oh, and what was it Alonso said a coupal races back about manipulating the results? oh dear....

I've never liked Alonso, was pretty upset when he signed with Ferrari. Would have much prefered Hamilton to go the Red way!
